Wish Upon A Starfish

• Step 1: Apply one coat of Strong Adhesion base coat
• Step 2: Once dry, paint the nail with "Good Tide-ings"
• Step 3: Lightly brush from the tip to middle with "Twinkle Twinkle Little Starfish". Add another coat at the tip to make the glitter more full.

• Step 4: Allow a few minutes for the polish to dry then seal the design with Fast Forward Top Coat
