STEP 1:  Start with CG manicure in Meet Me Under The Stars. Let dry.

STEP 2:  Apply tape in a triangle shape, pointing towards base of nail.

STEP 3: Apply Tip Your Hat over triangle of tape. Immediately remove tape. Let dry.

STEP 4: Apply a dot of Chillin’ With My Snow-Mies to top of hat and place gem on top.

Dab Chillin’ With My Snow-Mies to tip of nail to create base of hat.

Finish with CG Fast Forward Top Coat to protect your design.
